Products and product information
Glaciera Wear offers handmade jackets and outerwear. Product pages describe the specific item, material options, sizes, fit, included pieces, and price. Please read those details and check the size information before ordering. Handmade items, screen settings, and photography lighting can cause minor differences in appearance. Only items expressly listed as included in the product description are part of the order; accessories shown for styling are not included unless stated.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout clearly indicates otherwise. The available price and product options are shown on the product page and at checkout. Please check the selected size and material, delivery address, and order total before submitting your order. Checkout currently offers Cash on Delivery; payment is due when the order is delivered.
Production and shipping
Orders usually take 5–6 days to make, followed by about 6–7 days in transit after dispatch. Free standard shipping is available to destinations supported at checkout. Optional express shipping is $35 where offered. Transit and customs processing times can vary. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country or carrier are not included unless shown in the checkout total and may be payable by the customer. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, email info@glacierawear.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number. Because production may begin after that time, a cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
To request a return or exchange, email us within 24 hours after delivery. Returns must be approved before they are sent back; items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers pay return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can help. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and reviewed. Any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
